New View Property Enhancements offers a number of services to assist you with the transition of selling your home and making the move. These services may be customized to best suit your needs.
We offer our staging services in Vernon, Kelowna, Enderby, Armstrong, Lumby and everywhere in between.

Initial Consultations are Always Free!
Full Enhancement
A full enhancement contains a full evaluation report followed by furniture placement
and detailing. This process is completed in either one full day, or may take place over a few days if projects
need to be completed such as painting or some packing.
Evaluation Only
A
full evaluation takes up to a few hours to complete. The evaluation
will offer an objective eye to your property and offer suggestions and
recommendations for things that could be done to improve the visual
appearance. These things can be as small as changing some light bulbs
to as large as colour changes within the home. The report is very
detailed and is a good tool for preparing your home for the market.
Furniture Placement and Detailing Only
For this process, we will spend our time on furniture placement and detailing.
An evaluation will not be provided.
Open House Refreshment
For homes that have been enhanced, a follow up visit will help
to assist in preparing for an open house. This can be set up prior to an Agent tour or a weekend open house.
This service should only take an hour or two.
Move In Services
You have finally made your move, and you are exhausted.
Once the boxes are unpacked, I can help you arrange your furniture and accessories so you can entertain that evening.
